Follow up process and task assignment Action points: * Ezzy talked about having a 24/7 service and the house agreed on having a closing time which is by 8pm and watch how the demand from our customers or clients goes * To come up with a marketing campaign every month and the marketing director will be in charge of designing this campaign every month * Resumption time is 9:am and all signin will be done on the BMS between 8:30 – 9pm daily * Ufuoma will put the Homepage for easy access on the site for the staffs to easily navigate it. * We will be having a follow up Call to all our partners * The numbers will be shared among all TMB to follow up the hotels. * The new interview date has been fixed for Tuesday 5th of August 2025 for 10:am. * Ufuoma will create a platform where we can all get notifications on our mail when a messages are dropped on the BMS. * Creating a content calendar * Harriet will create a content calendar and will be working alongside with Ezzy and Sophia. Next steps; * Still leaving the site locked till all the hotels are ready * Creating content to post on page for review when launched * Posting will be done twice week. * Testing exercise with at least 30 users. All employee are required every morning to log into the office, view he/her desk and respond to all pending message and go over to the task panel and see every task assigned to hes/her department for that day and go ahead to do , continue and carry out that task for that day as prescribed by Management.
All employee is required to go to the company Document Panel and Read The Company Operations manual. 0n 23rd July 2025 all employee will be required to write a test based on the company operation manual, this test will aim to ensure that all members of this organization have read and are fully knowledgeable on how this company will be run.
